The PADI Advanced Open Water course is designed as a supervised introduction to deep diving, navigation, and three other chosen electives (you may choose from wreck, night, naturalist, peak performance buoyancy, multilevel, boat, search and recovery, fish I.D. and drift. Sorry, but we just don’t do ice diving!).
The Advanced Open Water course is conducted over a period of 2 1/2 days. Average hours per day are about six, including some classroom work, but there is not a final written exam. Text book, tank, air, weights and belt are included in course cost. Depending on the electives chosen, some dives are from boats and some from shore. A Bonaire Marine Park tag, is required for all diving.
If you will be taking this course, you need to fill out the Medical Form.
